Placement | March 2019

The trainers at Retrieving Freedom had to make the difficult decision to remove me from the service dog path. I was adopted by my wonderful puppy fosters, the Luloff family. I am so excited to spend the rest of my days with my new best friends! Thank you to all who helped me get to this point. Not every dog is meant to be a service dog, but I'm thankful I found my forever home.

Charley's Journey

Charley came to Retrieving Freedom from the in-house breeding program. Her mom is Liberty, who was donated by Craig Christians to Retrieving Freedom from RidgeView Labradors. Charley entered her volunteer foster home with the Luloff family in July of 2017. She had many adventures throughout her year in the foster home before entering full time training at the Iowa facility. During formal training, Charley worked with various veterans and tasks that could help mitigate disabilities associated with veterans.
