We’re proud to announce the official placement of Facility Dog Juno with the Springdale, Arkansas Fire Department.
Juno, a two-and-a-half-year-old chocolate Labrador from our Sedalia, Missouri location, has been specially trained through our program to provide emotional support and comfort in high-stress environments. Her calm presence and intuitive nature make her a valuable addition to the Springdale Fire Department, where she’ll work to support the mental health and well-being of first responders.
Juno is partnered with Driver Operator Brian Copeland, who serves on C Platoon and drives Engine 9. The two will work side-by-side throughout the department—offering a daily reminder that emotional wellness is essential in the life of a first responder.
This placement was made possible through the ongoing support of donors and volunteers who believe in our mission of changing lives through the training and placement of Service Dogs and Facility Dogs. Juno’s journey—from careful breeding to advanced training—reflects the standards we uphold for every dog in our program.
A Special Thank You
To the Springdale Fire Department: thank you for your trust and partnership. And to Juno—welcome to your new station and your new family. We can’t wait to see the difference you’ll make.
