Kelli and Freedom's Story

Freedom was officially placed as a service dog for veteran Kelli Hackbart of Minneapolis, Minnesota in June of 2015. Freedom has given Kelli her "Freedom" back as she now feels more comfortable in public, in crowds, and at home. The pair have accomplished much more together than they ever could have dreamed.

Freedom's Journey

Freedom is a black Labrador Retriever who was fostered and donated by Kathy Larson of Sundown Retrievers in Zimmerman, Minnesota. Freedom spent part of his training working with a teenager at LSI Bremwood, and another portion with Wartburg College students.
