Brian and His Veteran Service Dog Roulette: A Team Ready for Adventure

ree

Retrieving Freedom is excited to share the story of Brian and his Service Dog, Roulette, a team that continues to shine together. Their partnership is a wonderful example of the confidence, independence, and companionship that Service Dogs bring to the lives of those they serve.

From the start, Brian and Roulette have worked wonderfully together. Their bond has grown quickly, built on trust, patience, and a shared love of adventure. Roulette has settled beautifully into life with Brian and his wife, Connie, and has already become an important part of their family.

Roulette loves spending time in the RV and joining Brian and Connie on their travels. This spring, she will embark on a new journey—her very first cruise! Whether at home, on the road, or at sea, Roulette is ready to be by Brian’s side, providing the comfort, confidence, and companionship that make Service Dog partnerships so extraordinary.

Service Dogs like Roulette train for more than two years to meet the specific needs of their partners. Each placement represents the hard work of dedicated trainers, volunteers, fosters, and supporters who make Retrieving Freedom’s mission possible.

Congratulations to Brian and Roulette on reaching this important milestone. Their teamwork is a wonderful example of how Service Dogs change lives every day.

You can help make more partnerships like this possible.Your support provides Veterans with disabilities and children with autism the freedom and independence they deserve.
