Retrieving Freedom, Inc. is proud to share the exciting news of a new official team: Deacon and Luigi!

After passing their Public Access Test, Deacon and Luigi are now officially a working team. Luigi has already made a remarkable difference in Deacon’s daily life. His mom, Lauren, shared how much this partnership has impacted their family, allowing them to do things she never thought would be possible.

One special milestone was a trip to Culver’s—Deacon’s first—where he enjoyed a concrete mixer with Luigi right by his side. Moments like these highlight the joy and opportunities that a Service Dog can bring.

Deacon loves his new best friend, and we are thrilled to celebrate this placement.
